What exactly is "hand-coded" and why does it matter?
Hand-coded means we built every line of HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript, no drag-and-drop builders, no bloated themes. The result is a leaner, faster site with cleaner code that Google loves and users appreciate. Page builders like Wix, SquareSpace, or WordPress builders add tons of unnecessary code that slows everything down.
What's NOT included in the monthly maintenance?
Monthly maintenance covers on-page SEO improvements, meaning title tags, meta descriptions, page speed, schema, and site structure. It does NOT include a full SEO campaign (keyword research, link building, blog content, Google Ads). Those are separate. We’ll always be straight with you about what’s included.
What happens after the 12-month agreement?
You go month-to-month automatically. You can cancel with 30 days notice anytime after that. No cancellation fees, no penalty, no awkward conversations. The 12 months is there because good SEO and maintenance takes time to compound — not to trap you.
I just have a side hustle - is this overkill for me?

Every site we build is SEO-ready from day one, proper structure, fast loading, and optimized copy so Google knows what you do and where you are.
Can I update the site myself?
For hand-coded sites, small edits are covered in your monthly plan, just send a message. If you need to update content frequently yourself, we can build on WordPress, Wix, SquareSpace or Webflow instead and give you a simple dashboard to manage it without touching code. Keep in mind, these last options are for full websites with CMS included – one flat price, no monthly fees.
