No. Moving your existing emails, contacts and folders is part of the job, not an add-on. I also confirm everything arrived before we shut anything old down.
No. The switch is planned so your current email keeps receiving messages the entire time. One day you’re just… on the new one, with nothing missing.
That’s actually the most common starting point. Host email tends to be slow, short on storage, and worse at staying out of spam. We move you off it and your address stays exactly the same.
Because your email landing in the inbox is the whole point. Google’s delivery reputation is the best in the business, and the Gmail inbox is one your team already knows. Cheaper providers exist, and if one truly fits you better, I’ll say so on our call.

Flat rate, quoted before we start, no surprises mid-project. Google Workspace itself runs about $7 and change per user per month, paid to Google. My setup fee is one time. Think of it this way: one client who almost didn’t get your quote covers it.
